Hi, I’m Michi — a Life Transition Coach, mother of two, and someone who spoke out loud the things many mothers keep inside.

When I became a mom, I loved my baby more than anything — and still, I felt the ache of everything I had lost. I missed the version of me who had autonomy, space to breathe, and fewer demands on her body, time, and heart. I felt unseen, stretched thin, and quietly grieving the life I no longer recognized. And I said it out loud — even when it made others uncomfortable.

That unraveling wasn’t just an ending. It was the beginning of something deeper. This work was born from the darkness I moved through — and from the strength it took to find my way back to myself.

I’m currently on the path to becoming ICF-certified and bring both professional integrity and soul-rooted care to every space I hold. My work blends emotional presence with practical tools to support you in returning to yourself — one honest moment at a time.
